We have reserved a room block at the Hilton Waikoloa Village, a stunning oceanfront resort located on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island, and in close proximity to wedding events. With tropical grounds, lagoons, and plenty of dining and activities, it is a beautiful place to stay and explore. Shuttles will be available to and from all wedding events, so we encourage guests to stay here and enjoy everything the resort and surrounding areas have to offer.

We have also reserved a room block at Pacific 19, a modern boutique hotel located in the heart of Kailua-Kona. Thoughtfully designed with laid-back island vibes and locally inspired details, it’s the perfect home base for your stay. It is centrally located in town and walkable to restaurants, shops, and the beach. We will be providing shuttles to and from wedding events from here as well so you can kick back and enjoy the local restaurants and beaches.

If you are looking for a luxury hotel in the area, we highly recommend the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai, voted Best Resort in America in the 2025 U.S. News & World Report. It is a spectacular resort next door to the wedding ceremony location.

If you prefer a more private stay or plan to share a rental with friends or family, we recommend booking a vacation home in Waikoloa, Hualalai, or Kailua-Kona. For easy access to our wedding shuttles, look for places near the Hilton Waikoloa, Pacific 19, or the Four Seasons, as rideshares and taxis are limited on the Big Island.
